using MANTRA and CBT-e methods
One to One virtual support from a trained clinician during your meal or snack time to manage any particular behaviour, food choice or timing concerns. (NB these sessions are capped at 30 minutes as we feel any longer can become over whelming)
Guiding you through the science underpinning solutions to your health goals
Using real world examples and solutions to assist you to meet compassionate targets.
For those using lifestyle and dietary modifications or for those prescribed GLP-1 medications (Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic etc)
Guiding through the stages of CBT-E by designing a bespoke treatment programme
Supporting other Dietitians and Nutrition professionals to practice safely and develop their skills
